USE OF SCIENCE OLYMPIAD LOGO POLICY

The Science Olympiad Logo  and the trademarked Science Olympiad name may not be used by anyone for any commercial purposes without the expressed written permission of the Science Olympiad organization. This means that no items (printed, video, or any other merchandise) may be sold with the Science Olympiad Logo  or Science Olympiad name on it without prior permission.

Teams that hold a current membership, as well as regional and state tournament hosts, are permitted to use the Science Olympiad Logo  for t-shirts, programs, certificates and other items that are not for sale. The exception would be the sale of items such as t-shirts that are sold to recoup costs and the sale must be restricted to the host’s geographic area and may not be sold outside that area.
