Yes, small pencil “cut-lines” or “guide-lines” made by students are considered part of the Tower construction process, and therefore allowed. Again, per Rule 3.a.i, only ink barcode markings, or markings from the construction processing are allowed. Labeling pieces with ink is not permitted.
