Three organizations that are leaders in optics and photonics are proud to be the national sponsors of the Science Olympiad Optics Events for Division B and C. SPIE is a not-for-profit society that advances emerging technologies through interdisciplinary information exchange, continuing education, publications, patent precedent, and career and professional growth. The OSA Foundation provides training, mentoring, recognitions, scholarships and travel support programs as directed by our donors. CREOL, The College of Optics and Photonics at the University of Central Florida, is one of the world’s foremost institutions for research and education in optical and photonic science and engineering. CREOL offers interdisciplinary graduate programs leading to M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Optics and Photonics. An undergraduate program offering a BS degree in Photonic Science and Engineering began in 2013 in partnership with the College of Engineering and Computer Science.
