Rules say mousetrap must retain all original parts. Commercial kits (Pitsco, Doc Fissix etc.) tend to ship with a modified mousetrap that lacks a kill bar. Is this kind of "mousetrap" allowed under this rule?
No, this type of mousetrap is not allowed. Please note these kits may not follow the Science Olympiad rules. Wards is the only official kit supplier for Science Olympiad.
