Can a team hold their hovercraft at the top of the ramp until it is launched or does the team have to let it rest against the foam pad at the start line held by the event supervisor?

A team may not hold the hovercraft as it is launching. It must be held in place by the event supervisor's block. However, the event supervisor's block can be placed anywhere behind the start line if requested by the team.
