The rules say "each participant may bring one 8.5x11 sheet of paper." Does that mean that each team of up to 2 may bring 1 sheet, or that each individual (up to 2 on a team) may bring 1 sheet, so a team of 2 may bring 2 sheets?
Each participant may bring 1 sheet, so a team of 1 may bring 1 sheet and a team of 2 may bring 2 sheets. The sheets do not need to be identical but can contain different information.
