Collect three CLUE WORDS from the STEM Expo on Friday, May 20, 2016 on the University of Wisconsin-Stout campus (one each at the Aurora Stage, 3M booth and Ward's booth) and enter them individually into the three fields below for a chance to win the iPad Mini!
Contest Rules: Submit your form before 4pm CST on 5/20/16. Winner will be announced via social media and prize will be delivered post-tournament. Must be over 13 and on a registered US team at the 2016 Science Olympiad National Tournament to enter. If under 13 a parent can fill out this form in your name. If students or others enter the contest fraudulently, they will be banned from accessing the Science Olympiad website and the school will be notified.
