Can any part of the bridge go over 1 cm as long as the loading block isn't, or should the whole bridge structure be under the 1 cm above the loading block, and not touching the test base?
Per rule 3.c.ii.3 Before loading starts, no part of the bridge may go below the plane of the top of the test supports. See the diagram for further clarification on the 1 cm rule.
